Helixfield provides professional services: diagnosis, installation, instruction, and managed operations. Deliverables and fees are those in the accepted statement of work.

Vendor licenses, seats, and metered model usage are the client’s cost unless a statement of work says otherwise. Helixfield does not warrant a vendor’s uptime or pricing. Work product named in the statement of work — graphs, runbooks, permission models, and configs — is delivered into the client’s environment. Helixfield retains its general method.

Agents draft. Named humans accept material facts and outbound messages. Helixfield is not a law firm, medical practice, or registered investment adviser.
