These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Helixfield LLC (“Helixfield,” “we,” “us”), Northbrook, Illinois 60062, United States. Public contact is helixfieldai@gmail.com only.

By using the website, sending a briefing, buying professional services, or connecting Helixfield through Meta Muse or a similar AI assistant, you accept these Terms. If you use Helixfield for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

This page is public website copy so a buyer or a platform reviewer can read the rules. A signed statement of work controls if it conflicts with these Terms. This page is not legal advice.

The website is an introduction to the practice: what we do, how we work, and published prices. You may read it and send a briefing. You may not scrape it in a way that harms the service, or copy it as if it were your own advisory product.

A briefing — the public form or an email to helixfieldai@gmail.com — is a request for us to say whether a Field Survey is the right first step. It is not an engagement, not a proposal, and not a promise of work.

Professional work starts only when both sides accept a written scope and fee (a statement of work). Deliverables, timing, and price are those in that writing. Helixfield provides diagnosis, installation, instruction, and managed operations. How we organize the work today is called Loop & Graph. When a better method ships, we use that. We do not lock you to last year’s metaphor.

Published prices on the website are the current rate card for the named offerings. A statement of work may confirm or, by written agreement, vary them. Vendor seats and metered model usage are the client’s cost unless the statement of work says otherwise.

Helixfield may offer a connector for Meta Muse and similar assistant platforms. If you connect Helixfield, you ask that assistant to send Helixfield the information needed to carry out tasks you (or people you authorize) request. You authorize Helixfield to receive that information, process it, and return a result.

You must have the right to send the data you send — including personal information about other people, and files from systems you use. You must not use the connector to break the law, to access accounts you do not control, or to ask Helixfield to take a sensitive action you have not authorized.

Where the work would send a message, change a record, or spend money, Helixfield’s practice is that software drafts and a named human accepts material facts and outbound actions, unless a written engagement says otherwise for a narrowly described task. A connector result is not a substitute for your own judgment.

Meta Platforms, Inc., Muse, and other assistant providers are not parties to your services agreement with Helixfield. They do not provide Helixfield’s professional services. Their platform rules still apply to your use of their products. Helixfield’s Privacy Policy governs how Helixfield uses information it receives through a connector.

You may disconnect Helixfield in the assistant at any time. Disconnection stops new task data from being sent to Helixfield. It does not cancel a paid engagement or delete records we must keep. To request deletion, follow the Privacy Policy.

You may not use the website, a briefing, an engagement, or a connector to:

• Break the law, or ask Helixfield to break the law.
• Send malware, spam, or content you do not have the right to send.
• Probe, overload, or bypass security on Helixfield systems or on systems you do not own.
• Impersonate Helixfield, or present our method or pages as your product.
• Ask for unsupervised legal, medical, tax, or investment advice to the public, or for an unsupervised collections caller.
• Submit empty “we need AI” requests as if they were a scoped job. We will decline them.

We may refuse a briefing, suspend a connector, or end an engagement if use is unlawful, abusive, or outside the kind of work we take.

The Helixfield name, mark, website, method, playbooks, and general know-how remain Helixfield’s. You may not copy them to sell a competing advisory product.

Work product named in an accepted statement of work — graphs, runbooks, permission models, and configs — is delivered into the client’s environment as that writing describes. Helixfield retains its general method and the right to use non-confidential skills on other work.

You keep your data. You grant Helixfield a limited right to use the information you provide, including connector task payloads, solely to provide the services, operate the connection, and meet legal duties.

Helixfield is vendor-neutral. We work with OpenAI, xAI, Anthropic, Google, Cursor, and other tools that fit the job. Seats and API accounts are typically owned by the client. Those vendors’ terms, uptime, pricing, and data practices are theirs. Helixfield does not warrant a vendor’s availability, price, or model quality.

Muse, Meta, Stripe, hosting, and email providers are also third parties. An outage or a change in their product is outside Helixfield’s control. Your use of those products is under their terms.

This website does not take card payments. Professional fees are those in the accepted statement of work, paid as that writing says (typically invoice).

If you buy a Helixfield offering through Meta Muse or a similar assistant platform, that platform may collect payment using Stripe Link or another processor it names. Helixfield may receive confirmation that you paid and the information needed to fulfill the order. Refunds, chargebacks, and platform fees follow that platform’s and the processor’s rules, plus any refund terms in the listing or statement of work.

Vendor seats and metered usage remain the client’s cost unless the statement of work says Helixfield will carry a named item.

Software may draft replies, runbooks, and connector results. A named person at Helixfield accepts material facts and outbound messages we send you. After launch, your named owner does the same on your job, unless a written engagement describes a narrower automatic step.

Helixfield is not a law firm, medical practice, or registered investment adviser. Nothing on the website, in a briefing reply, in an engagement deliverable, or from a connector is legal, medical, tax, or investment advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make.

The website and connector are provided as they are. Helixfield does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free drafts, or a particular business result. We will not promise a collections cut, a close-rate lift, or a first-year savings figure.

Professional services are performed with reasonable care. They are not a guarantee. You review and accept work product before it is used in your operations.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Helixfield is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, even if we were told they were possible.

Helixfield’s total liability for a claim arising from the website, a briefing, a connector, or an engagement is limited to the fees you paid Helixfield for the statement of work giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim — or, if you paid nothing, one hundred US dollars. Some states do not allow certain limits; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.

You will defend and hold Helixfield harmless from claims that arise from information or instructions you send — including connector payloads — that you did not have the right to send, or from your misuse of the website, a connector, or deliverables. This is a narrow indemnity. It does not make you responsible for Helixfield’s own negligence.

You may stop using the website at any time. You may disconnect a connector in the assistant at any time. Either side may end a paid engagement as the statement of work says; if it is silent, either side may end it with written notice, and you pay for work already performed.

Helixfield may suspend or disconnect a connector, or refuse a briefing, if these Terms are broken, if the request is unlawful, or if continuing would create a security or professional-ethics problem.

Sections that should survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, fees already earned, and governing law — remain in effect after disconnection or termination.

Illinois law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Helixfield agree that the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, are the venue for disputes that cannot be resolved directly. If you are a consumer entitled to a different venue under mandatory law, that law controls.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. The current Terms live at https://www.helixfield.com/terms. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect when we reasonably can. Later use of the website, a briefing, an engagement, or a connector is under the updated Terms. An accepted statement of work is not changed by a website edit unless both sides agree in writing.
