What we keep, and what we do not.
Helixfield is a professional practice. Briefings and client systems are treated as confidential work product.
Briefing forms are stored so the practice can respond. We do not sell inquiries, and we do not use them to train public models.
Client graphs, transcripts, and tool credentials stay in the environment agreed in the engagement. Helixfield does not reuse a client graph as marketing, and does not mix one company’s memory with another’s.
Vendor products (xAI, Cursor, and others) have their own terms. Seat and API accounts are typically owned by the client.
