Several helpers
Several helpers. One shared list of facts.
When two helpers must share facts, they need one list — not two private chats. Front office, operations, and follow-up stay on the same page. Helixfield prices this as a Loop & Graph System at $36,000. Loop means a repeating job. Graph means that shared list.
The usual failure of “we built three bots” is contradiction. A shared list of facts is how you prevent it.
One shared list
Facts, rules, systems, people, and open questions. Each item is proposed, accepted, or ask.
Named jobs
Intake, fulfillment, follow-through, learning, review. Each job has a person who owns it.
Scored on live work
We score the helpers on real jobs, not a demo script. Drift becomes a question, not a guess.
When this is the right buy
Buy a Loop & Graph System at $36,000 when more than one helper must share facts. Buy a Multi-System Install at $48,000 when those helpers read and write across several tools or need tighter review. Start with a Field Survey at $9,500 if you cannot yet name the first job.
