The loop
What work repeats every week, and what breaks when it slips. One sentence.
How we engage
Write helixfieldai@gmail.com or use the form. Name the work that repeats. Helixfield replies inside one business day and says whether a Field Survey at $9,500 is the right first move — or that it is not.
The public form is four required fields. Platform or method preference is optional — we will recommend the current best door. Empty “we need AI” requests are declined.

Path
Loop & Graph is the operating system we install now: pack, act, extract, ingest. A named human accepts material facts. When a stronger method ships, new work follows that standard — we do not force a legacy stack.
What we ask
What work repeats every week, and what breaks when it slips. One sentence.
Who will reject a sloppy draft — a name and a seat, not a committee.
Which systems already hold the work. We install into tools you pay for.
Optional. A platform or method you already prefer — or none. We recommend the current best door and method for the loop, not a legacy stack.
What a human must still accept before anything leaves the company.
One number that tells you the first ninety days worked. Not a dashboard fantasy.
If the loop, owner, tools, risk, and score are clear, we send a Field Survey SOW. If they are not, we ask one clarifying question — then we book or we stop. Typical first loops are an overnight inquiry pack, an exception floor, or an aging desk. A different named loop is welcome.
After you buy
Kickoff funds clear. We seed a fact graph: company, owner, first loop, systems, hard rules, one success metric. Read-access first. Production writes wait for Design go — the one-pager and an evaluation on real jobs, not a scripted demo.
Every agent turn packs accepted facts, does the work or asks, extracts what changed, and ingests it as proposed. Your named owner accepts material facts and anything that leaves the company. Thirty days of correction are included. Circuit at $6,800 per month (three-month minimum) is the default after launch week.
Replies, the survey, the recommendation, the handoff. A principal accepts each one.
Slogans, unsupervised public advice, and work with no owner. A no is a written no.
Clients, staff, reviews, phone numbers, or guaranteed DSO. Northbrook, Illinois. helixfieldai@gmail.com.
Ownership
You keep the written loop map, ranked opportunities, recommended door, and 90-day plan. You are not obliged to buy an install.
The graph, runbook, permission model, and configs sit in your environment. Vendor licenses stay in your name. Helixfield keeps its general method.
A platform subscription you cannot leave. A chatbot with no owner. A guaranteed collections or ROI number.
Governance — who accepts, what we refuse, and why there is no guaranteed DSO — is written at /governance.
