Pricing

Fixed prices. Most companies start with a survey.

A Field Survey is $9,500. Production installs are $24,000, $36,000, or $48,000. Studios are $6,500 to $18,000. Operating retainers are $3,800, $6,800, or $11,500 per month. Circuit ($6,800) is a three-month minimum, then month to month. Vendor seats and API usage are paid by the client.

Above $2k chatbot shops. Well below Big Four. You see the practice fee, then you see what the client pays vendors. The use case names the loop; these numbers are what you buy.

Diagnostics and production work

Diagnostic · 2–3 weeks

Field Survey

Diagnostic before seats

$9,500

Companies that know they need agents and do not yet know which loop to install first.

  • Operating interviews and artifact review
  • Loop map of the work that actually moves
  • Ranked agent opportunities with payback ranges
  • Vendor and seat recommendation on the current best door (not a lock-in)
  • 90-day install plan and a written graph starter

Implementation · 4–6 weeks

Single Agent Install

One production agent

$24,000

One production agent on a defined data set and two or three tools — on the current best platform door.

  • Scoped current-method install for one workflow
  • Agent configuration, tools, and permissions
  • Fact graph seed and the protocol we install now (pack → act → extract → ingest)
  • Operator training session and runbook
  • 30 days of post-launch correction

Implementation · 6–9 weeks

Loop & Graph System

Current multi-agent standard

$36,000

The current multi-agent standard. Several agents sharing one institutional graph. When a stronger method ships, new installs follow that standard.

  • Full loop inventory for one operating unit
  • Shared fact graph with proposed / accepted / ask states
  • Two to four production agents on the same protocol
  • Instruction for the people who will govern the graph
  • Handoff pack plus 30 days of launch support

Implementation · 8–12 weeks

Multi-System Install

Several tools, tighter review

$48,000

Agents that must read and write across several systems, or work under tighter review.

  • Everything in the current multi-agent standard
  • Deeper integration and evaluation harness
  • Permission and audit design
  • Stakeholder instruction across functions
