Helixfield

Governance

The happy path is not the production path.

An agent system is useful only when a named human can reject the draft, the graph holds accepted facts, and the work runs in systems you already pay for. Helixfield will not install a chatbot with no owner, and will not guarantee a collections or revenue number.

Peers often sell ROI testimonials. We sell the rules a buyer can check before anyone writes a prompt.

Rules

What production requires

Draft, then accept

Client-facing output stays drafted until a named human says send. Material facts stay proposed until that person accepts them. A model guess cannot replace an accepted fact.

Write permissions down

An agent that can click every app is a liability. The Field Survey names the tools the loop already uses and the writes that wait for Design go.

Your environment

Seats, tokens, and the graph live in the client’s tenant. Helixfield does not bury vendor cost inside a teaser monthly fee and does not rent you a bot you cannot leave.

No unsupervised advice

Helixfield will not install unsupervised legal, tax, clinical, or collections advice to the public. Clinical administration and advisory ops stay admin loops — not professional advice.

No guaranteed numbers

We will not promise a DSO cut, a close-rate lift, or a first-year ROI figure. The survey names one success metric you already believe. Evaluation is on live work, not a scripted demo.

A principal sends

Helixfield agents may draft replies and runbooks. A principal accepts every client-facing message. After launch, your named owner does the same on your loop.

Ownership

What you keep

  • After a Field Survey

You keep the written loop map, ranked opportunities, recommended door, and 90-day plan. You are not obliged to buy an install.

  • After an install

The graph, runbook, permission model, and configs sit in your environment. Vendor licenses stay in your name. Helixfield keeps its general method.

  • What we do not sell

A platform subscription you cannot leave. A chatbot with no owner. A guaranteed collections or ROI number.

Deliverables and fees are those in the accepted statement of work. Terms and the rate card are public. A briefing is not an engagement.

Name the owner before the model.

Tell us the work that repeats. Helixfield will say whether a Field Survey is the right first move — or that it is not.
