### Do we have to use Grok?

No. Grok bots are one option, not the only one. The Field Survey picks from access, data rules, cost, and your preference.

### Will Helixfield lock us to Loop & Graph?

No. Loop & Graph is how we organize the work today. When a stronger method ships, we use it. New work follows the new standard.

### Do you have official partnerships with these vendors?

No partnership badges. We set up on the tools that fit. AI seats stay in your name and on your bill.

### What if a new model ships after we start?

The survey and retainers exist so the setup can move. Our job is to adopt whatever ships next that fits — not freeze last year’s stack.

### Do you install OpenAI GPT-6 Astra?

Yes, when Astra (or ChatGPT Business) is the best fit. It is one option among several. The Field Survey picks it. This is not an OpenAI partnership.

### Can you put an agent on Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or NetSuite?

Yes, when those are the systems the job already uses. We connect only the tools the job touches and write the permissions down. The survey names the stack. We do not publish invented client stories on those products.
