### How does a company start with Helixfield?

Send a briefing that names the repeating work, the tools you already pay for, and the person who would own the job. You do not have to pick an AI brand. We reply inside one business day and say whether a Field Survey at $9,500 is the right first step — or that it is not.

### What happens after the Field Survey?

You receive a written map of the work, ranked options, a recommended set of AI tools, and a 90-day plan. You are not obliged to buy an install. If you do, typical next buys are $24,000 or $36,000. ### What does Helixfield need before an install starts?

A signed statement of work at a published price, a named owner, read access to the systems the job already lives in, and the first job written in one sentence. The helper does not write into your systems until that design is accepted and scored on real work.

### Who accepts Helixfield’s emails and recommendations?

A person at Helixfield. Software may draft replies, survey reports, and runbooks. Anything we send you stays a draft until a person says send. After launch, your named owner accepts facts and outbound on your job.

### What do you do with a briefing?

We use it to reply and to decide whether a Field Survey is the right next step. We do not sell inquiries, and we do not use them to train public models. If you later connect Helixfield through Meta Muse or a similar assistant, those task payloads are covered by the same Privacy Policy. Deletion requests go to helixfieldai@gmail.com.
