# Helixfield

Install an AI agent on the work that already repeats.

Helixfield is a Northbrook, Illinois applied-AI practice for mid-market operating companies. We teach, install, and operate agent systems on one named loop — on the current best method and platform door, with a human who can reject the draft.

Helixfield is a Northbrook, Illinois applied-AI practice that teaches, installs, and operates agent systems for mid-market companies. You buy one named loop — not a chatbot and a slogan. We install on the current best method and platform door. Loop & Graph is the method we teach now; when a stronger method ships, we move.

## Services

- [Agent installs](https://www.helixfield.com/services/agent-installs): A production agent on a named loop — tools, permissions, memory, and a human who accepts the output. Installed on the current best door: Grok bots, OpenAI Astra, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or what ships next.
- [Agent systems](https://www.helixfield.com/services/agent-systems): More than one agent, one shared graph. Front, ops, research, and monitoring agents that do not contradict each other.
- [Instruction](https://www.helixfield.com/services/instruction): Studios for principals and operators. How to brief an agent, reject a bad fact, and run a weekly pack without becoming an IT shop.
- [Managed operations](https://www.helixfield.com/services/managed-operations): Retainers that keep agents current: quality watch, graph hygiene, cost control, and the next loop when the first one pays back.

## Questions

### What is Helixfield?

Helixfield is a Northbrook, Illinois applied-AI practice that teaches, installs, and operates agent systems for mid-market companies. You buy one named loop — not a chatbot and a slogan. We install on the current best method and platform door. Loop & Graph is the method we teach now; when a stronger method ships, we move.

### What does Helixfield install?

A production agent system on the current best door — Grok bots, OpenAI Astra, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or what ships next — plus the operating method we install now. The loop is the repeating work. The graph is the memory agents must pack before they act and ingest after they act. A named human accepts material facts.

### How much does Helixfield cost?

A Field Survey is $9,500. Production installs are $24,000, $36,000, or $48,000. Studios are $6,500 to $18,000. Operating retainers are $3,800, $6,800, or $11,500 per month. Circuit ($6,800) is a three-month minimum, then month to month. Vendor seats and API usage are paid by the client.

### Is Helixfield an AI chatbot agency?

No. Helixfield is an operator-led practice. It will not install a chatbot with no owner, no graph, and no loop. Seats are access. An engagement is an operating system.

### What use cases does Helixfield start with?

Three loops show up again and again in mid-size companies: a twelve-hour engagement pack for professional firms, an exception floor for plants and distributors, and an aging desk for cash follow-through. They are operating patterns, not invented case studies.

### Does Helixfield work outside Chicago?

Yes. The practice is based in Northbrook. Studios and installs are on-site in the Chicago metro when presence helps, and remote across the United States when it does not.

### What is a Field Survey?

A Field Survey is $9,500 for two to three weeks. It maps one named loop, ranks agent fit, recommends a vendor door, and writes a 90-day install plan. It does not include production agents. If the loop is unclear, Helixfield will say a survey is the wrong first move.

### Can you install agents on Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or NetSuite?

When that is where the work already lives, yes. Helixfield installs into tools the company already pays for — Microsoft 365 / Outlook, Salesforce, NetSuite, ERP, or the desk stack the loop actually uses. The survey names the systems and permissions. No invented case studies.
