A Field Survey is $9,500. Live setups are $24,000, $36,000, or $48,000. Teaching days are $6,500 to $18,000. Monthly retainers are $3,800, $6,800, or $11,500. Circuit ($6,800) is a three-month minimum, then month to month. You pay your own AI seats.

### Is Helixfield an AI chatbot agency?

No. We will not set up a chatbot with no owner and no facts to follow. Buying seats is access. Hiring us is the setup: one named job, shared facts, and a person who can say no.

When that is where the work already lives, yes. We set up in tools you already pay for. The survey names the systems and who can write. No invented case studies.

### Does Helixfield do AI engineering?

Yes. AI engineering is how we survey, install, teach, and stay — designing, building, testing, and running AI software on a named job. It is not a fifth service. Priced from the same published rate card.
