A Field Survey is Helixfield’s first paid step: $9,500 for two to three weeks. We map one repeating job, say whether a software helper belongs on it, recommend which AI tools to use, and write a 90-day plan. It does not include a live helper. You are not obliged to buy an install afterward.

## What it is

- A diagnostic. Interviews, a look at how the work actually runs, and a written map of the jobs that already repeat.
- A ranking of where a helper would pay back — and where it would not.
- A recommendation of AI tools from the job: OpenAI, Grok, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or whatever fits today. Not a lock-in.
- A 90-day plan and a starter list of facts, each marked proposed, accepted, or ask.
- Yours to keep even if you never buy an install.

- A live helper. Nothing is set up in your systems during the survey.
- A seat license, a chatbot widget, or a month of retainer.

1. **Name the job.** You send a short briefing: the work that repeats, the tools you already pay for, and the person who would own it. Empty “we need AI” notes are declined.

3. **You get a written plan.** A map of the repeating work, ranked options, a recommended set of AI tools, a starter list of facts, and a 90-day plan.
4. **You decide.** Buy a published setup, buy teaching, or stop. Typical next buys are $24,000 or $36,000. Circuit at $6,800 per month is the usual plan after a later launch — not part of the survey.
