# FAQ — Field Survey, pricing, and how we work

### What does Helixfield actually set up?

A software helper on one repeating job — plus the facts it must follow, and a person who can reject the draft. The job is the work that already repeats. The shared list of facts is the memory. We use the AI tools that fit today (OpenAI, Grok, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or the next one). When a better way to organize the work ships, we use that.

### Which AI platforms do you work with?

Whatever fits the job. Today that includes OpenAI (ChatGPT Business and GPT-6 Astra), xAI (Grok), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and Cursor. Bring-your-own or the next release is fine. We pick from access, data rules, cost, and your preference — not from a partnership badge.

### Is Loop & Graph a forever lock-in?

No. Loop & Graph is how we organize the work today: a repeating job, a shared list of facts, four steps (gather, do, write down, save), and a person who accepts important facts. When a stronger method ships, we use that. We do not freeze you on last year’s metaphor.

### How is this different from buying ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok seats?

Seats are access — like buying a license. A Helixfield project is the setup: one named job, shared facts, teaching, and a monthly plan if you want us to stay. Most companies that only buy seats get a week of novelty and then drift.

### What is a Helixfield Field Survey?

The first paid step: $9,500 for two to three weeks. We map one repeating job, say whether a helper belongs on it, recommend which AI tools to use, and write a 90-day plan. ### What does an engagement cost?

Field Surveys are $9,500. Live setups run $24,000, $36,000, or $48,000 depending on how many helpers and systems are in scope. Teaching days are $6,500 to $18,000. Monthly retainers are $3,800, $6,800, or $11,500. Circuit ($6,800) is a three-month minimum, then month to month. You pay your own AI seats.

### Can Helixfield install helpers on Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or NetSuite?

Yes, when that is where the job already lives. We set up in tools you already pay for. The Field Survey names the tools and who can write. We do not publish invented case studies on those products.

### Who is this for?

Mid-size operating companies and professional firms — typically $3 million to $80 million — that can name the work that repeats and will appoint a person to own it. We do not take consumer apps, speculative startups, or work that requires unsupervised legal or clinical advice.

### What jobs do you start with?

Three that show up again and again: overnight inquiry follow-up for professional firms, order exceptions for plants and distributors, and invoice follow-up for B2B operators. They are patterns, not invented case studies. Other jobs come after the first one pays back.

### Where is Helixfield based?

Northbrook, Illinois. We work on-site in the Chicago metro when it helps, and remotely across the United States when it does not.

### Will you train our team, or only build the system?

Both. Teaching is a first-class service. A system without a named owner is a demo. Studios teach people how to brief, reject, accept, and run a weekly check.

### What do you need from us to start?

A short briefing: the work that repeats, the tools you already pay for, and the person who will own the job. You do not have to pick an AI brand. We reply inside one business day and will say no if the first job is unclear.

### How fast can a first helper be live?

A Field Survey takes two to three weeks. A single-helper setup is typically four to six weeks after that. Companies that skip the survey and jump to a bot usually redo the work.

### What happens if I connect Helixfield in Meta Muse or another assistant?

The assistant may send Helixfield the information needed to do the task you asked for. Helixfield’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service govern how we use that information. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train public AI models. Meta Muse and other assistants have their own policies. You can disconnect in the assistant and write helixfieldai@gmail.com to request deletion of what Helixfield holds.

### How do I ask Helixfield to delete my information?

Write helixfieldai@gmail.com. Say what you want deleted — a briefing, an engagement file, or information tied to a Muse or other assistant connector — and the email you used. We will confirm and delete what we hold, unless a law or an accounting record requires us to keep a copy. Disconnecting a connector stops new data; deletion is a separate request.
